Nagpur Anjuman’s appeal

The Bai Hirabai Mullan Dar-e-Meher in Nagpur which will be celebrating 112 years of existence this October is in urgent need of extensive repairs. Similar repairs had been carried out at the time of its centenary.

While we are raising funds ourselves for this project we appeal to readers who would like to contribute for this noble cause to kindly send cheques/drafts in the name of "Shree Nagpur and Kamthi Parsi Zarthosti Anjuman” to the following address: Shree Nagpur and Kamthi Parsi Zarthosti Anjuman, Tata Baugh, Opp Gandhi Sagar, Nagpur 440018.

All donations will be recorded on the Agiary’s taktis (plaques) as follows: the names of those who have donated between Rs 5,001 and Rs 10,000 will be displayed with the name of the donor on a marble slab in the kusti enclosure; those between Rs 10,001 and Rs 25,000 will be displayed in one line on the marble slab in the verandah of the agiary; those between Rs 25,001 and Rs 50,000 will be displayed in one line on a granite slab in the jashan room; those between Rs 50,001 and Rs 1,00,000 will be displayed on a granite slab in the jashan room; and those of Rs 1,00,000 and above will be displayed in three lines on a granite slab in the jashan room.
