Jasmin Sohrabji has been named CEO (chief executive officer), South-east Asia and India for OMG (Omnicom Media Group). Sohrabji will be responsible for the markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand as well as India with effect from June 3, 2013. "OMG has a strong and talented leader in Sohrabji. She has a clear vision that will help in strengthening our eco-system. She has our complete faith and trust to be an even bigger star in the new role,” stated Barry Cupples, CEO, global investment and accountability. Sohrabji joined OMG in 2007 and was given the responsibility of setting up OMG’s India operations.
