BPP attendance record

Out of the 76 Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) trustees’ meetings (record of the 77th meeting was not available) held between July 5, 2011 and January 22, 2013, chairman Dinshaw Mehta had 100 percent attendance. Arnavaz Mistry and Muncherji Cama having missed only one each had 98.7 percent attendance while Armaity Tirandaz having missed three had 96.1 percent attendance.
Khojeste Mistree being absent for 11 meetings had 85.6 percent attendance, Yazdi Desai for 16 meetings had 78.9 percent and Jimmy Mistry for 31 meetings had 59.2 percent attendance.
In punctuality Cama had the best record, being on time for every trustee meeting whether starting at 3 p.m. or 5 p.m. In 2011, 10 meetings in July, August and part of September started at 5 p.m. Arnavaz Mistry was late for three meetings, one by 45 minutes, another by 10 minutes and the third by 15 minutes. Tirandaz was late for four meetings one by 10 minutes, two by 20 and the fourth by one hour, 17 minutes.
Mehta was late by five to 27 minutes for 10 meetings.
Mistree was late for 42 meetings with a range of three minutes to over four hours.
Desai was late for 57 meetings, 30 of them by more than three hours. He showed up for one meeting after it was over.
Of the 45 meetings Jimmy Mistry attended till January 2013, he was late for all save one, which he left within an hour.
The trustees’ meetings are normally held every Tuesday. Some of them go on past 11 p.m.
