Weak will power

Thanks to our cushy life, weak has become our will power/ Our parents overprotect us, plenty upon us they shower/ Not wrong; but it encourages us to be indolent and lackadaisical/ Making us somewhat proud, egoistic, careless and whimsical.

Discipline, firmness, not spoiling a child are factors important/ Be it studies, prayers, sports or hobbies we must be consistent/ Inculcating habits good; faith in religion and values must early begin/ Parents being fashionable, ultra modern and liberal is at times a sin.

Early impressions are lasting impressions, religions we must teach/ Importance of culture, religious rites, we must practice and preach/ Time and again impressing upon our young ones, to marry within the fold/ Most important, teach them with love, make them understand, not scold.
