Dr Cyres Mehta in Spain

During a visit to Barcelona, Spain at the invitation of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive (LASIK) Surgeons, Dr Cyres Mehta was reappointed Indian editor of Eurotimes, the magazine of the European Society. He is the first Indian editor of that publication, as per a press release received by Parsiana.

While in Spain from September 12-16, Mehta delivered nine lectures on advanced cataract surgery and spoke about his experiences with LASIK number correction surgery to doctors there. He organized the release of the latest issue of the Indian Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery at the hands of Prof Boris Malyugin, director of Moscow’s world famous Fyodorov Eye Institute.

Mehta is surgical director and chief of the new International Eye Centre opposite the Strand cinema at Colaba, Bombay which has a state of the art high speed full system analyzer which examines the eye in layers from the cornea to the retina, mentions the press release.
