Beware of marrying out
From your articles I find that you seem to condone mixed marriages and also revolutionary unorthodox views.
I am opposed to both boys and girls marrying outside our community because it poses an ethnic and demographic threat to our Parsipanu. It would be interesting to carry out a survey of all Parsi girls and boys who have taken non Parsi spouses to ascertain how they are faring. I find most of the jamais (sons-in-law) are gharjamais (residing with the girl’s family).
In my district and surrounding areas I daily read of wife burning and dowry deaths. How can a Parsi girl ensure that the boy she is marrying is taking her only out of love and affection? Many conmen are surrounding our simple Parsi girls. Beware!
When a boy begins earning well his parents have great expectations from him. They would least accept an out-cast marriage. DARA M. DOSABHAI
