Gold medal for Mehta

The gold medal for Exceptional Services to Ophthalmology was presented to Dr Keiki Mehta by Dr Deepak Sawant, cabinet minister for public health and family welfare, government of Maharashtra at FOCUS 2015, the annual congress of the Bombay Ophthalmologists’ Association held in Bombay on August 29, 2015. An email received by Parsiana from Luciano Gomes mentions that Mehta also received an award for Exceptional Paper Presentation at the event. Mehta is the chief surgical and medical director of Mehta International Eye Institute in Colaba.
