Italian honor for Mehta

Dr Keiki Mehta received the Antonio Scarpa Medal and Oration of the Italian Ophthalmic Society at Milan, Italy on May 24, 2014. This is the highest honor given by the Society for outstanding work in ophthalmology done over a lifetime of research in eye care, notes an email received from Luciano Gomes from Mehta’s office. As per details available on the Society’s website, Mehta’s oration was on "Multifocality at the crossroads: Benefits and hazards.”
