Quake relief for Nepal
"I am happy to inform you that we have just dispatched a truck load of relief material for Nepal,” wrote Shiraz Gimi, president of the Nagpur Parsi Gymkhana (NPG) in an email to Parsiana on May 13, 2015. Many organizations from India have sent aid to the Himalayan nation which was devastated by an earthquake and its aftershocks, and this initiative by the NPG, in coordination with Goonj, a Delhi based NGO (nongovernmental organization) will bring succor to the affected people there.
