“Succor for the sick”

It was interesting to read "Succor for the sick” (Parsiana, April 21, 2015) about the medical help rendered by Dr K. N. Bahadurji in Bombay during the plague. However, one important aspect was missed out. Around 100 years back a sanatorium was founded in Deolali and named after him. Originally meant for TB patients, the sanatorium still exists and for several years it was well looked after by the late Dr Fatakia. B. T. DASTUR
