Parsiana’s strengths: Good print quality and good coverage of news outside India. Shortcomings: Should be unbiased and should give coverage of all sides/parties involved. Not reaching or covering stories/achievements of cross section of middle-class Parsi youths in education, sports and other activities.

Strengths: Good quality print. Wide coverage. Excellent staff and reporters. Editor needs to focus on survival of the race (Parsi) as "Parsiana” is the name. Shortcomings: Avoid controversies. Play the role of a "mediator” rather than "aggravator” of issues within the community. Best wishes for a long survival.

Good community news but editorially seems to be a little partial.

Parsiana’s strengths: Its "never say die” attitude which is so essential for Parsis today as reflected in its endeavor to provide a variety of news. Your calendar is welcomed by out-of-Bombay Parsis. Keep going. Shortcomings: Can’t think of any. ZENOBIA D. DALAL

Parsiana’s shortcomings: You write about the same people over and over again. There are so many new Parsi talents to write about.

Strengths: Good reports on the activities of the Parsi kom. Shortcomings: Please inform readers about coming events in the magazine so that interested persons can take part. We generally learn of the event after it is over.

The information published is non-biased and enlightening. However, I feel that printing of religious symbols like the farohar should be avoided as ultimately the issue is disposed of as garbage, which is not right.

Parsiana’s shortcomings: Poor selection of cover people featured and stories related to them. Editorials and reporting need to be aggressive and focused but come across as fearful because of the orthodox lobby. Please correct this weakness. Be bold and fear not!
