Sanjana’s style

Fashion designer Farah Sanjana has opened her flagship store in Jalandar, Punjab. Her new collection has high-waist skirts, dresses, concept saris, embellished peplum belts, etc. Sanjana relocated to Jalandar from Nagpur following her marriage to Sunny Mahajan. "I am trying to tap into the markets here like Ludhiana and Chandigarh which are good client bases. The response in Jalandar has been very good as of now. I am probably the one and only Parsi in the whole of Jalandar!” she remarks. Her spring/summer 2013 range incorporates "strong and sharp cuts and weighty metal work with its antithesis of fluid fabrics, luscious jewel tones and stone embellishments… I am working now towards fashion weeks for August and November,” says the designer.
