“Honing priestly skills”

On reading "Honing priestly skills” (Parsiana, August 21, 2012) I began to speculate on the reason we increasingly see elderly mobeds sitting on stools instead of squatting on the floor while conducting ritual prayers. Is it that Parsis are increasingly affected by joint problems, or is it simply that, today, a greater number of elderly priests past their reasonable working lives are being pressed into service because young ones are hard to find?
