Where lies your loyalty?

It has often been suggested that fanatics are those who believe they are in sole possession of the truth. Such persons believe the greatest danger to their faith lies with the religious moderates. They tend to create divisions and perpetrate cruelty on earth for the sake of salvation in heaven. We are subjected to their excesses in the form of bombs on trains by some and excommunication of women and their children by others, simply because they see a tradition as being more important than loving and caring for people.
