Info on Burjorji Padshah
The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore was founded in 1909, with a large philanthropic endowment from Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata. The IISc celebrated its centenary in 2009 and we have established an archives cell to collect, catalog and preserve all documents of historic value related to the Institute.
Although we are already in touch with the Tata Central Archives in Poona, we request readers to help us locate archival material on Burjorji Jamaspji Padshah who was closely associated with Jamsetji Tata.
