Cold comfort

I quote from a report in The Times, London dated August 22, 2009: "Zoroastrianism… is possibly the world’s wealthiest and most influential faith…” But what comfort is that to our destitute farmers in Gujarat? I’m sure they will bristle with pride when told that The Times in London rates them so highly! (Please forgive the sarcasm!) And all the while Zoroastrian anjumans and associations (worldwide) are sitting on millions, are they not?

Yes, the World Zoroastrian Organi-sation and others are working on it, but surely enough isn’t being done.
