For a better society

Youngsters of our community are left in the lurch in the absence of a marriage bureau, vocational training center or career guidance help line. They seem to have no guidance for doing social work such as rendering help to inmates of old age homes, children from blind schools, deaf and dumb children and handicapped persons.
Some philanthropists, motivators and social workers should take the initiative to inculcate in youngsters the importance of benevolent acts and the virtues of prudence, temperance, fortitude, charity, justice and service to humanity to make good men better.
Our community members should do humanitarian work with a smile. Our motto should be acta non verba (actions, not words). Let us strive and struggle, despite obstacles, for a better society.
Let us unite in the grand design of being happy and communicating happiness in the midst of problems, diversity of faiths, cultures and beliefs to assist the unfortunate and impart education to the deserving who cannot afford it.
