BPP broad board

May I suggest that the board of trustees of the Bombay Parsi Punchayet comprise 30 percent between the ages of 35 and 50 years, 30 percent between 51 and 60 years and the balance 40 percent above 60? This way, we should get a board of trustees reasonably representative of different age groups and mind-sets and perhaps with a better understanding of today’s concerns to the community.
