“In Palkhivala’s…”

On seeing Navaz Kotwal’s photograph on the cover of the March 7, 2006 issue of Parsiana, I made sure to read the article "In Palkhivala’s footsteps” first and was so moved and thrilled by this unusually plucky and courageous girl!

In fact we are suggesting to the Bombay Parsi Punchayet to give a special award to Kotwal so that more people can be made aware of her work in Gujarat – the fact that she was not afraid to put her life on the line!

Hoping that there would be more Parsis like Kotwal in our community for you to write about.
