Bella research

I am a Canadian PhD student from Princeton University where I am writing my dissertation on the Rangoon navjote case of Saklat v Bella (1914-25). I am in Bombay until June 2004, and am interested in locating sources and documents relating to Bella’s case.

In particular, I am interested in Jehangir Vimadalal, D. M. Madon, Sir Dinshaw D. Davar, John Duncan Inverarity, Basil Scott and the Cowasjee brothers from Rangoon (Merwanjee, Shapurji and Bomanjee).
