Help Langrana Agiary
The Langrana Agiary, also known as "The Lost and Found Agiary” was established on April 9, 1847 by Seth Mancherji Khurshedji Langrana. Seth Pestonji Nasserwanji Godiwalla rebuilt the building on April 25, 1895 as the existing structure had become dilapidated. On March 3, 2003 we celebrated our 155th anniversary. There is a belief that if you have lost something, and if you pray with total sincerity and dedication at this fire-temple, you could find the same. There are various instances to substantiate the belief.
The P. N. Godiwalla Trust which manages this fire-temple is a registered charitable trust under the Bombay Public Trusts Act and its trustees are Hosung D. Katrak, Rustomji D. Garda and Godrej A. Fanibanda. To sustain this abode of God, the trustees and some dedicated members of the Parsi community have proposed to hold a collection (charity show) drive and bring out a souvenir.

Langrana Agiary: seeks suport to maintain the institution
A target of Rs 25,00,000 has emerged as a realistic figure, if we really want to make a significant difference, given the current money-market situation. The net proceeds of the funds thus collected will be added to our corpus which is negligible at present. This we hope will help us to maintain the Agiary and pay the performing priests fairly, as per the current norms.
Your kind and generous support is earnestly solicited in the form of donations/advertisements to be printed in the souvenir being brought out by us. Donations of Rs 500 and above would be acknowledged in our souvenir.
Please draw your cheques/drafts in the name of "P. N. Godiwalla Trust for Fire Temple” and send it to the undersigned at, B/9, New Khareghat Colony, Babulnath Road, Bombay 400007.
