“In search of unity”

I suppose it is for the first time that an editorial has adorned an issue of Parsiana ("In search of unity,” Parsiana, November 2001).

Let this be the beginning. Parsiana should come out with editorials in every issue focusing on problems confronting our community.

The Editor replies

Editorials have ‘adorned’ the pages of Parsiana in the past. The policy of the magazine is to let readers draw their own conclusions from the content instead of sermonizing, praising or criticizing individuals or institutions. It is only when the occasion demands an editorial that our point of view is put forth.
