A Parsi heart

Gone are those giants great, of yesteryears./Sadly I say this, with regret great and tears./Very many important things, lack we today./Which our ancestors, painstakingly achieved, day after day./I wish this love, respect and faith would still with us stay.
Arguments, ego, money today more important are./Supremacy, self-importance, with us, go very far./Unity, integrity within the community are things of the past./Court cases, legal battles endlessly can last./We unfortunately wait for these bomb blast(s).
My beloved Bawajis, let’s not think we are all very smart./Because of these differences many; let’s amicably part./If we cannot unite, at least, let’s have a large Parsi heart.
