Ervad Homi Kotwal

I am the nephew of Ervad Homi Kotwal, the son of his elder sister. My uncle expired in Navsari on February 16, 2016 and was buried in Vansda, as per his wishes.
The trustees in Navsari are trying to seek attention in claiming that my uncle had written in his will that he wished to be buried. We are aware that he had clearly declared four years ago, when his health was deteriorating, that he wished to be buried in Vansda village (Gujarat) and had also bought a plot of land for the purpose.
In his final hours, when he was on the ventilator, it seems that the ventilator was switched off without securing permission from the immediate family.

The allegations made in the letter of Percy M. Kotwal dated March 23, 2016 are false. The late Ervad Homi Kotwal was buried at the Parsi cemetery at Vansda district as per the wish of the deceased.
