Parsiana’s strengths: You have been successfully connecting the Parsis/Iranis of India with those of the world in many ways. Shortcomings: Your progressive approach sometimes hurts the sentiments of orthodox community members.
KEKI R. AMROLIA
The editors reply:
We apologize for that. It is not our intention to offend; rather to further the principles of Zoroastrianism.

Parsiana’s strengths: Wide coverage, in-depth articles, good quality printing.
DOLLY DHAMODIWALA

Parsiana’s strengths: Has become a household magazine for Bombay and out-of-Bombay Parsis. Keep up the good work! KHUSHROO K. ICHHAPORIA

Parsiana’s strengths: Gives outstanding data (statistics) and information about Zoroastrians in India and abroad. Shortcomings: At times we receive the magazine late. Even this renewal letter of yours was received 11 days after the expiry date. KAIKOBAD RUSTOM IRANI

The editors reply:
We are helpless. All Indian issues are posted on the 8th and 22nd of each month. The overseas copies are posted a day to four days later, depending on the holidays.

Parsiana’s strengths: Information on our community. RATAN K. LALKAKA

Parsiana’s strengths: Very informative. Shortcomings: None.

Parsiana’s strengths: Excellent reading. I read it from page one to the very last page. I am an old lady of 84 years! Keep it up! Shortcomings: None.
ALOO M. MEHTA
Parsiana’s strengths: Great presentation, selection of articles, pictures. Notes the presence of the Indian diaspora and portrays their daily lives in their countries of residence. Shortcomings: Write about more US and Canada events, personal stories and engaging youth.

The editors reply:
Will try.

Parsiana’s strengths: A must read to keep myself updated with community affairs in India. Shortcomings: Too frequent. Perhaps a thicker monthly issue may serve the readers better. DARAYUS S. MOTIVALA
Oxon, UK

The editors reply:
We attempt to be timely.

Parsiana’s strengths: Slick production, plenty of news on community matters and well written editorials. It is also very reasonably priced. Shortcomings: More inclined to publish liberal views. Require more news from abroad and from non-western India locations, like Madras, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Delhi or Calcutta.
BAHADUR S. POSTWALLA
Calcutta

Parsiana’s strengths: Highly informative of Parsi activities both from national and international forefronts keeping us abreast and well informed. Shortcomings: There cannot be any shortcomings as your team does not leave any scope for anything unsaid or done. God bless you all for such hard work and efficiency.
