Protecting vultures

Parsis have had a connection with vultures ever since the establishment of the Towers of Silence. Today the dakhmenashini system is slowly failing due to the decreasing number of scavenger birds. It is our duty to protect vultures which are on the verge of extinction or the traditional system of disposal of the dead will collapse.
We have to find ways and means for rearing vultures economically instead of spending lakhs of rupees for the purpose.
