“Origin of surname”

In response to Kaikobad Italia’s letter "Origin of surname” (Readers’ Forum, Parsiana, October 21, 2014) I would like to state that I am a Parsiana reader living in Switzerland since ages. Originally, I was from Bombay with my parents and grandparents hailing from Bulsar.
Where does my surname Sukheswala come from? I have been told that Sukhes is a small village near Bulsar and families from Sukhes were called Sukheswala.
Coming to Italia, do their forefathers come from Italy? If yes, from which province? Or is there any other significance?
