May your fire enlighten

An oath take let us all, on revered Iranshah’s birthday./ With all our hearts, let each and every one of us together, this say:/ "May your fire enlighten us and in our hearts, forever stay;/ keeping it warm with love and keeping Ahriman at bay."

May these holy fires, for millions of years very brightly burn./ May they in all our hearts, love and respect for the religion earn./ Discard the water we may; let us, pure butter carefully churn./ The lesson of true dedication and sacrifice by our ancestors, learn.

Arguments, fights are instigated by the very wicked Ahriman,/ Leave these at once we must; belongs this evil to the vicious setaan (devil)./ Keep up the cause of our ancestors; increasing our aan, baan, shaan (prosperity)/ for your glory, O! Iranshah, we can gladly lay down our jaan (lives).
