“Flight of fancy”
Full marks for the editorial "Flight of fancy” (Parsiana, March 7, 2013). It’s a pity that playwright Adi Marzban and his ilk are not around but may I suggest that those who still are should seriously consider making a rip-roaring play based on the contents of this editorial for the coming Navroz and Khordad Sal season?
A return to the original Baliwalla Theatre type presentation would be refreshingly welcome instead of the current adaptations of western plays. After all, there is nothing to beat, at least in my view, the good, old, cleverly koila (corny) Parsi humor of a century back.
