Sam Balsara: heading Audit Bureau of Circulations
Advertising guru Sam Balsara, chairman and managing director of Madison World, has been elected chairman of the Audit Bureau of Circulations for the year 2011-2012. Balsara was the deputy chairman last year and has been a member of the Bureau’s Council of Management since 2002. Hormusji N. Cama of The Bombay Samachar Private Limited is among the publishers’ representatives on the Council. Hormuzd Masani is the secretary general of the Audit Bureau, as per a press release.
