On international board

Hormuzd Masani, secretary general of the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC), has joined the executive board of the International Federation of Audit Bureaux of Circulations (IFABC) as a co-opted member. India thus now finds a representation on the executive board along with members from the US, UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Sweden and Malaysia.

Hormuzd Masani: representing India

A voluntary federation of industry-sponsored organizations since 1963 and established in 34 countries, IFABC verifies and reports facts about the circulation of publications and related data. Masani has been ABC’s secretary general since December 1998. ABC India was established in 1948 and is one of IFABC’s founding members. It audits and certifies circulation figures of over 400 member publications.
