Amend the RTI Act
Under The Right To Information (RTI) Act the public can get answers to their questions from the Government. But the public can’t get answers from the trustees of public charitable and religious trusts regarding their functioning.
There are many first class Parsi lawyers. Will one of them draft a copy of such an act? The draft should be sent to the Prime Minister of India and Members of Parliament. The Press should be informed by holding a press conference.
It may be easier to amend the existing RTI Act to include such a provision, and the amendment should be made as quickly as possible.
