Noshir Soonawala: finance stalwart
Noshir Soonawala, a stalwart on Tata boards and vice chairman of Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group, is slated to retire in June when he turns 75. This is in keeping with the Group’s retirement policy for non-executive directors. A finance veteran, Soona-wala is widely respected in the Group for his wide knowledge and experience and is known to be a close confidant of Group chairman Ratan Tata.
