Blame it on AZA

If your milk turns sour,/ Or if you’re late by an hour/ For an important appointment;/ If your house is on fire,/ Due to faulty electric wire/ Or your wife gives your car a dent;/ If you’ve lost your way/ Only one thing you can say/ In a voice rather loud,/ Stand up and shout/ It was due to AZA’s foul play.

The biryani was bad/ Blame it on AZA, they said./ And the farchas were tough/ Due to AZA sure’enuff,/ And the mike went dead,/ And the speakers went hoarse/ Blame it on AZA of course;/ If you want someone to blame/ For your misdeeds or shame/ AZA’s your flogging horse.

If I churn out bad verse/ Or even worse/ I can’t make a rhyme/ Worth a penny or a dime/ And what a bad poem this be/ all I can say/ You see,/ It was due to AZA’s foul play.
