“Milk powder required”

Our appeal for donations in cash and kind ("Milk powder required,” Readers’ Forum, Parsiana, April 7, 2009) has enabled us to collect a decent amount which we have utilized for educational, medical, financial, religious and many other miscellaneous/emergency needs. The Zoroastrian Winter Relief Fund sends blessings to all and is extremely grateful for the response to its appeal, as are the recipients of its aid.

However, the high cost of living and pressing needs of recipients have already exhausted almost the total amount received. We therefore once again request donors in India and abroad to continue their support. A complete account of all income and expenditure has already been sent to all donors and well-wishers and can be called for on request. Your contributions to the Zoroastrian Winter Relief Fund may please be sent by cash or cheque in Indian rupees to Kumi J. Daroowala, 16/1 Rustom Baug, Sant Savta Marg, Byculla, Bombay 400027.
