“A journey of discovery: I”

I wish to clarify that I did not mention anything about the "predicament of progress” ("A journey of discovery: I,” Parsiana, March 21, 2009), or the explanation in brackets as being against the work ethic. In fact, Zoroastrians may be working as hard but they are working for a different goal, more materialistic than in the past, which is in keeping with the times.

Regarding the recent Bombay Parsi Punchayet trusteeship election I am very distressed with all the vote pushing at the site. This must be stopped. Please do something to create public opinion against it. That is never done in elections anywhere to the best of my knowledge. We need so many reforms in the community! Don’t know where to begin and yet there is so much good in the community. I feel so troubled by the state of affairs.
