Godrej Interio

In an effort to keep pace with the changing consumer tastes, Godrej and Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited have introduced a new brand for their home and office furnishing products titled Godrej Interio.
"‘Interio’ is simply the unified platform to convey that Godrej solutions enables you to ‘transform your space’ – home and office... It reflects the expertise Godrej has, in the business of furniture and interior solutions,” states Change, the Godrej house magazine, January-February 2007.

The Interio symbol comprises three rectangular shaped boxes colored orange, green and blue. Orange signifies home furniture solutions, green office, and blue, special projects. "Consolidation and rebranding was necessitated as we wanted to create clarity for customers… We believe that our unified new brand of Godrej Interio will help us in building relationships which are more holistic as our product lines are used by customers, both in home and work places,” the journal stated.
The home furniture and décor solutions division was renamed Interio on September 7, 2006 at the Company’s large grounds at Pirojshanagar in Vikhroli, states Change. The logo was first unveiled in Kerala on August 16, 2006 by Navroze J. Godrej, manager — special projects, and Anil Mathur, COO (chief operating officer). Subsequently launches were held in Bombay, Delhi, Calcutta and Madras, the journal noted.
A 10,000 square foot Interio showroom opened in Thana on October 2, 2006 while a 3,000 square feet showroom in Amritsar was opened on October 15, 2006. Showrooms were also opened in Ranchi, Gwalior and Chaas in Bokaro district, the magazine stated.
