On the front foot
At the 12th FOZAWAC (Federation of Zoroastrian Associations for Welfare and Culture) Six-A-Side Cricket Tournament in Bombay in October 2006, Parsee Cyclists Sports Club (53 for 3) beat Secunderabad Zoroastrian Club (50 for 4) in the final to lift the Late Behram Irani Rotating Trophy.

With a total of 12 teams participating from Nagpur, Surat, Navsari, Bilimora, Gholvad, Secunderabad and Bombay, Neville Achhadwala (Parsee Cyclists) was declared Man of the Tour. Varzavand Debara (Secunderabad) was Best Batsman, Burzin Mehta and Hormuzd Malav (Parsee Cyclists) were the Best Bowler and Best Fielder respectively. Yohan Daruwalla of Gholvad was the youngest player in the tournament which was held at the Parsee Gymkhana and sponsored by Shahrukh Kathawalla, as per the details provided by FOZAWAC general secretary Rusi Bhumgara.
Former India captain Nari Contractor was the chief guest; FOZAWAC vice president Vispi Dastur delivered the welcome address. The organizing committee consisted of Aspi Tantra, Homi Mehta, Fali Shroff and Hoshang Sukhadia.
