BBC taps Parsi cuisine
The expertise of outstanding Parsi chef Cyrus Todywala who owns The Parsee and Café Spice Namaste, two well patronized eateries in London, was tapped by BBC 1 for their Saturday Kitchen program on September 30 and October 14, 2006, notes an e-mail from Dorab Mistry.

So thrilled were the local Zoroastrians that "text messages flew thick and fast as we all tried to inform each other about Aapro Cyrus on BBC 1. Someone even sent an sms to Cyrus himself whilst he was still on the program!” notes an exultant Mistry.
