“Dakhma diagnosis”

Noshir Daboo believes that paving 301 nails and weaving warps and wefts around them with 101 strands of cotton threads create mysterious currents in the Towers of Silence ("Dakhma diagnosis,” Readers’ Forum, Parsiana, September 7, 2006). These are all figments of his imagination. If such mysterious currents really did exist, the insides of the Towers of Silence would not have been in such a sorry state as demonstrated vividly by Dhun Baria.

Secondly, there are no alpha, beta and gamma rays in the sun’s energy as claimed by Daboo. These rays are products of natural decay of radioactive elements like radium and uranium. These distortions are created by fundamentalists who have no background of science.
