A full-time professor at the S. M. P. Institute of Commerce, Ahmedabad’s Marzun Jokhi is among the visiting faculty at the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. "I have also taught at many MBA (Master of Business Administration) programs at various institutes and done professional courses in chartered accountancy and cost accountancy,” he states.

Jokhi has recently compiled a book titled Advanced Accoun­tancy for Second Year BCom students, published from Ahmedabad.
Alongside, Jokhi has picked up many a cue on the green baize. He was among the list of probables for the Bangkok Asian Games in 1998. "Twelve players were selected from all over India and I was one of them. Geet Sethi and I were selected from the state of Gujarat for billiards,” he says. Jokhi has also been representing Gujarat in national billiards and snooker champion­ships from 1990 in junior and senior categories, as per his bio data. Only two players make the cut from each state for partici­pation at the nationals, he adds. Jokhi annexed the national billiards under 21 championship in Bangalore in 1992, was runner up the next year, and continued to play in the nationals for several years thereafter.
A playing member of the prestigious Sports Club of Gujarat, 31-year-old Jokhi has received awards from various organizations including the Ahmedabad Parsi Panchayat and the Parsee Youth League of Ahmedabad. Currently he is planning to pursue a PhD, while continuing to play in local and state level tournaments.
