Bombay Bhel

Chartered accountant Eddie Madon is the executive partner of the new Vancouver eatery Bombay Bhel, expected to open in mid July 2004, notes In Search of the Truth. An established restaurant chain in Toronto, the food it offers is described as subtle, exotic, sultry and imaginative. Combined with a relatively moderate price range, the chain has been largely successful in the competitive Indian restaurant industry in southern Ontario and is expected to enjoy a similar innings in the Greater Vancouver area.
