Lessons for ladies

Your readers may be interested in a five-week "Special Ladies Course” which we have scheduled for July. The intention is to make women aware of their own affairs and not be totally dependent on the advice of others e.g. I have a friend who has suddenly become a widow. Close as they were, her husband had not given her any idea about their assets and now she is totally confused.

It is for women such as these as well as for those who are, or aspire to be, on committees or start their own little business that we are conducting this certificate course which covers understanding of Income Tax returns, investments, planning a will, conduct of meetings, etc. Classes will be held for an hour-and-a-half, three times a week.
