“Venture” baugs

Allow me to offer suggestions which may be useful to the Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP) and Parsis in general. Place all the Parsi residential baugs into a "venture” in which Parsi architects, civil contractors and legal experts are involved, financially. The venture would then build commercial housing/offices on any spare land, without spoiling the ambience of the baugs. The income from such commercial facilities would ensure proper maintenance of the baugs and no longer necessitate increase in rentals paid to the BPP. Also, the baugs would retain the Parsi heritage and culture while being more cosmopolitan. And they would cease to be a drain on the BPP.
