1. Nari Contractor (Nari is an anagram of Iran.)
2. Irani Restaurants (Explanation: Man from Iran is an Irani; takes it easy means rest; chemical formula for gold is au and raves means rants. Put the underlined words together and you get Irani restaurants.)
3: Kiyana, Faranak, Manek, Kamran, Kerman, Nekzad, Ketayun.
