“The gambler”
I was delighted to read Berjis Desai’s exquisite article on Homibaba ("The gambler,” Parsiana, November 21, 2018). That he continued to wear his sudreh and kusti, the hallmark of his Zoroastrian faith beneath his kurta, and advised visitors to Shirdi on the potency of the Kem na Mazda prayer, is a tribute to the oneness of all religions. Bravo, Desai.
