“Coomi and the Chorus”
I loved the Coomi Wadia cover ("Coomi and the Chorus,” Parsiana, February 21, 2018). The lady seems to have Amazing Grace for the longest period ever!I would also like to mention that I am enthralled by the Thousand and One tales told by Berjis Desai in his earlier column Bawa Musings and current column Unforgettable Bawas. I hope they will be made into a book. His laconic portraits of little known women, and some men, who shone with a fierce flame in the forgotten corners of the Parsi baugs and tenements, are small gems that need to be treasured and maybe presented to a larger audience.
