“Let us part amicably”

I was appalled to read responses to my letter "Let us part amicably” (Readers’ Forum, Parsiana, August 21, 2016; responses September 21, 2016) which are full of irrelevant accusations. I have not mentioned the words the writer has used [deen dushmans (enemies of religion) and deformists], nor written about the Prayer Hall or workers in fire temples. All I have said, and reiterate, is that we should avoid squabbling in public and part amicably, and not force our thoughts on others or tread on their toes.
The souls of our ancestors must be undergoing excruciating pain at seeing the current state of affairs. I pray that wisdom prevails.
