Master flat in Cusrow Baug

Instead of giving away a much prized flat in Cusrow Baug free to a prominent "rich" city homeopath who has many properties to his name, could not the Bombay Parsi Punchayet trustees have allocated it to a young Parsi allopathic general practitioner? The latter could have lived, practiced, and most importantly, made house calls for the large geriatric immobile population of this Baug which lacks lifts in its buildings. This is the need of the hour.

The current trustees promised transparency, but have instead indulged in secrecy by not publishing as per norms the intimation in the press regarding the allocation of the flat and inviting objections from the public.

To make matters worse, there has been a startling admission by a trustee that the flat’s keys were handed over even before the leave and license agreement was signed!
