Parsiana’s strengths: Keeping the community connected worldwide by giving information about their activities, progress and achievements. Keep it up! Shortcomings: Using plastic covers instead of paper. H. K. BUHARIWALLA
The editors reply:
The paper envelopes kept tearing. Plastic may be ecologically unfriendly but we must keep in mind trees are cut for paper and chemicals used to convert wood pulp to paper.
Parsiana’s strengths: Good all round information of the community with world coverage. Shortcomings: None.
C. F. COLOMBOWALA
Parsiana’s strengths: Unbiased coverage. Shortcomings: Articles sometimes appear late. VIRAF B. DEBOO
Poona
The editors reply:
We do try to be timely while sometimes stories do get delayed. We’ll keep trying.
Parsiana’s strengths: Peaceful reading — diversified, modern, non-controversial and fact full about Parsis all over India and worldwide. Shortcomings: Should be thicker! One finishes reading it pretty fast. Family of late BEJON N. DESAI
Nasik
The editors reply:
The number of pages printed are in ratio of the advertising support received.
Parsiana’s strengths: Reporting the community’s affairs -- the only reliable publication. Shortcomings: Paying too much attention to Bombay Parsi politics with negligible coverage of other cities of late. KAIKOBAD S. ITALIA
